File a claim in English

However big or small, our priority is to resolve the claims as quickly as possible.

Travel insurance

Travel Insurance

To submit a claim in relation to:

  • Trip interruption or cancellation because of accident or illness
  • Trip delays
  • Personal belongings/luggage
  • Sickness/accident while traveling
  • Deductible insurance for rental cars

Expatriate Insurance

Illness

Please add the following information when you file a claim:

  • Your insurance policy number
  • If you have been in contact with the emergency assistance in relation to this case, please add the emergency assistance case number
  • The medical information from the treating doctor
  • A copy of the original invoices from the doctor
  •  Please choose which currency you prefer to be reimbursed in (DKK, EUR, GBP or USD)

Luggage

Please add the following information when you file a claim:

  • Your insurance policy number
  •  In case of luggage delay, damaged luggage or loss of luggage

o   Travel certificate / airline ticket

o   Documentation from the airline (PIR report / loss declaration)

o   Documentation for the articles (e.g. purchase receipt or statement of account)

  •  In case of theft

o   Police report

o   Documentation for lost objects

  • Please always remember to specify your claim for compensation
